Short-term property management company looking for virtual support with Airbnb/Hostaway guest messaging.
This is an ongoing, part-time, remote contract position with a flat rate of $50 per call between the hours of 9pm and 8am CST. Training is included.
Successful applicants will work together with Property Manager and Communications Manager to address & troubleshoot guest messages, questions and requests quickly, accurately, and with a warm, friendly attitude.
Necessary skills include attention to detail, ability to follow directions and problem solve, and fluent, native-equivalent English (spoken & written). Must be tech-savvy and have reliable computer access and internet, as the role will require use of both desktop and mobile applications to send/receive messages and phone calls.
Experience in customer service a must, and experience with Airbnb, Hostaway & Breezeway, a plus.
Looking for overnight availability between 9pm and 8am CST. Please do not apply if you do not have this availability!
