Our modern optical boutique, located in the lovely Costa Mesa (just minutes from Newport), offers the latest eye frames using the latest technology that medical science has to offer!

About the assistant Position
Our new assistant will be an integral member of our team.
As an assistant in our practice, your regular duties will include:
- Gathering patient medical history and insurance information
- Perform business and administrative tasks, such as maintaining eyewear order records, keeping track of customers' prescriptions, insurance, billing.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Experience with OfficeMate is a plus! (But not required)
- Warm, friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented
- Fast learner and interested in the latest eye care technology and eyewear trends
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate multi-taskers
- Must love fashion and have the ability to work with diverse populations!
