IPS is a GA-based healthcare organization that provides mental health services to local healthcare facilities including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term acute care centers. Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of IPS payer contract and enrollment
  • Manage payer portals and ensure accuracy
  • Set up EFTs and ERAs
  • Guide providers through the onboarding process. Payer credentialing and facility credentialing to align with start date.
  • Monitor multiple systems at once.
  • Maintain professional behavior.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all IPS staff.
  • The Billing Coordinator shall work the number of assigned hours per week and make use of any “downtime” in the best interest of IPS.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma with a minimum of two years experience in billing, mental health preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with payer credentialing. More specifically, Georgia and Florida payers.
  • Experienced with EFT and ERA enrollment.
  • Knowledgeable about Provider Acute Care Credentialing.
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills and tracking skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in remote settings under minimal supervision.

Typical working demands:

This position will be remote and will be heavily based on technology, including but not limited to computer, web applications, and phone.

This position requires:

  • Sitting and looking at a computer for long periods of time.
  • The ability to hear a normal range of voice.
  • The ability to prepare written reports and use telephone equipment.

What we offer:

  • Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Compensation will vary based on experience

IPS will supply the required equipment for the position. The employee will be responsible for a remote working office space with minimal noise and distractions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
