We are thrilled to be searching for four top talents to support each of our platforms – Delivery, Loyalty, and eCommerce – as Production Experience Analysts. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and enhancing our E-commerce platform to ensure outstanding experiences for our valued customers and dedicated providers.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party platforms, you will ensure outstanding experiences for our valued customers and dedicated providers while driving technical innovation. You will continuously optimize our services by leveraging state-of-the-art tools and implementing observability practices. You will report to the Manager of Production Engineering, collaborating with our dynamic and innovative team.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Conduct comprehensive validation tests on mobile and web-based applications, providing valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop deep expertise in Delivery, Loyalty, or eCommerce applications and initiatives, functionality, and implementation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party platforms to ensure exceptional customer and provider experiences throughout the process.
  • Embrace and learn the fundamental principles of modern technologies in managing complex systems for optimal reliability and performance.
  • Drive technical innovation within the Delivery, Loyalty, or eCommerce platform, leveraging cutting-edge tools and practices to enhance performance and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities to improve our delivery services and implement best practices.
  • Embrace a culture of observability, utilizing best practices to continuously monitor and optimize our platforms while staying ahead of the curve in technical advancements.
  • Demonstrate a solid commitment to Agile methodology practices, fostering collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to commit to our 24/7 on-call rotation, actively ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our systems and promptly responding to any incidents or challenges.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Science, or other related fields of study; OR any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education, and training.
  • Proven experience in incident response, analysis, and troubleshooting using observability and monitoring solutions.
  • Exposure to and/or some knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python, with the ability to read and understand code.
  • Commitment to rotational 24/7 on-call.
  • Familiarity of Selenium and Appium, specifically in automating mobile and web order testing, particularly with BrowserStack or other mobile device web testing platforms.
  • Experience with SQL and the ability to generate reports in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.
  • Self-directed and independent thinker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle production issues under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of eagerness for growth opportunities and adaptability to remote work arrangements.

Salary Range: $74,100 to $105,600 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
