You’ll work directly with the Global Future Talent (GFT) team within Talent Acquisition, focusing on university recruiting as well as program coordination and building candidate pools across transitioning military and veteran programs like Skills Bridge.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and manage reports in Excel, screen candidates for employment, coordinate in-person and virtual recruiting events, work with external vendors on shipping logistics and tradeshow supplies, develop presentations and key communications (including social media posts), and provide support to unique TA projects. Working within our highly collaborative team, we’ll provide you with professional growth opportunities to hone your skills and develop strategic relationships across our organization. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $85,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong initiative with the ability to multitask and collaborate, executing projects effectively with minimal oversight
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel for reporting and data management (ability to create and modify pivot tables, charts, and graphs) and Powerpoint (creative presentation design skills with charts and graphs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create engaging presentations and internal/external communications, and confidence to interface with all levels of staff/leadership
  • Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
  • This is a remote position, but the successful candidate must be in the contiguous US, preferably on Eastern Time Zone

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • 2+ years of Progressive talent acquisition or HR experience in a technical, engineering, intelligence community, or federal industry and/or in a university relations role
  • Familiarity with OFCCP & EEO hiring laws and ATS & CRM technologies
  • Experience with Taleo or Avature ATS
