Violet Bistro, a 100-seat fine-dining French bistro, is seeking a friendly, experienced line cook to join our team!

Must have open availablility, mornings/evenings. Must be a US Citizen or have permanent resident staus.
Basic responsibilities include:
- Following recipes and keeping consistancy with our dishes.
- Completing prep lists.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of all the ingredients and components of the dishes on our menu.
- Maintaining stock levels and a hyper clean working environment.
