305 Security is a fully armed security firm with an emphasis on cannabis related issues, and 305 Properties, a large property company featuring multiple commercial and industrial properties throughout Michigan.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the accurate and timely submission of purchase orders, providing order confirmations and invoice copies for multiple customers and coordinating shipment details and paperwork. It entails managing emails including orders, questions, and requests. This person will also develop and maintain positive relationships and interactions with customers, internal staff, and management.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

● Receive live orders from broker partners and customers, make and communicate any necessary corrections. Process orders in a timely manner. Arrange logistics and proper paperwork to ensure order delivery. Track and communicate order delivery to customer and broker partners.

● Ability to manage and respond to a variety of emails. Provide customer and broker partners an outstanding experience by professionally responding to their communications effectively in a timely manner.

● Effectively communicate to customers of any order delays, shortages, or other issues. Ability to solve problems, finding the best solution for the customer and company.

● Order processing system maintenance to include but not limited to:

  • Process and enter new customer information.
  • Customer changes as needed.
  • Customer price changes
  • Inventory and Item Management

● Consistently meet or exceed company expectations for productivity and accuracy levels.
● Maintain an excellent attendance and punctuality record.
● Must be available to back up team members and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers, and co-workers.
● Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills:

● Computer proficient with a strong knowledge of MS Office Applications

● High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

● Professional – competent, credible, and knowledgeable

● Works well in a team environment.

Education/Training:

● Work experience in customer service, administrative or office support

● Experience in CPG industry a plus

● Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus

● High school diploma or equivalent
