Responsibilities:
To support North America Influencer Marketing campaigns including new product launch promotions, product reactivation promotions, and other content creation initiatives. Summary of job description: As part of our North America Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will be in charge of the DJI action camera product line growth. You will be in charge of finding marketing opportunities to collaborate with athletes, and key content creators involved in outdoor activities. You will need to possess a strong understanding of sports marketing, a proven ability to manage relationships with external partners, and ideally experience with action camera products. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborating with marketing manager to develop influencer marketing strategies and implement the campaigns; 2. Identify the best external partners (mainly social media influencers, athletes and content creators involved in outdoor activities) according to different marketing needs, negotiate and manage contractual commitments, implement an effective measurement to assess achievement of goals, build and maintain proactive and positive relationship with external partners. 3. Activate partners to contribute to DJI's product launch campaigns and content creation projects, speak at DJI events, beta test and provide feedbacks to new products; 4. Manage video and photo content delivered by partners from sourcing to approval to publishing to storing on DJI's content library; 5. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users in North America. 6. Coordinate with other teams and brand partners to distribute DJI content and increase impact;
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Marketing, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training • 3+ years combined marketing, advertising, sports marketing, retail, sales, and product experience with a high-profile, global brand organization • Ability to manage and build relationships with DJI’s existing and prospective partners (influencers and content creators); • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; Strong analytical skills, high business acumen, and self-driven; • Successful candidates will demonstrate a high degree of tenacity; Preferred: • Experienced in influencer sponsorships, cross-team coordination and/or project management • Passionate about sports/outdoor activities/videography/photography/ camera industry; • Profound knowledge of North American social media and creative landscape Compensation Range: USD 63,000-107,113 / year
